Effecting Change.

When my apartment building was bought by developers, my neighbors feared an impending eviction and formed a tenant’s association to make sure we had a collective voice. Plans were filed by the new owners to demolish our building and construct a new, massive shared residential and commercial space in its place. I decided to use the only talents I have (video!) to create some profiles of my neighbors who have called this building home for well up to 50 years. They were posted to social media with the intent of showing the humans (and communities) that are affected by these luxury buildings taking over their homes. Due to COVID, the demolition & construction plans were put on hold, but the future of this project is still unknown.
